About the Team: The MA/LOW (Warehousing and Enabling) is the responsible for warehousing operation and processes in the Mobility Aftermarket. The field of activities includes the whole variety from management of logistic service providers, the design of warehouse managements system solutions and holistic process optimization. Data analytics is a key factor in this field to drive the improvement processes.

Job Description
► Lead the standardization and continuous optimization of global Supply Chain IT processes, focusing on Logistics Execution (LE) especially on outbound processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
► Collaborate closely with functional departments across various Mobility Aftermarket (MA) projects and cross-divisional IT initiatives to implement worldwide business requirements seamlessly.
► Drive the implementation and roll-out of LE processes in our cutting-edge SAP S4 system and Mobility Aftermarket Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing system capabilities.
► Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT processes, identifying areas for optimization within the current IT landscape to improve performance and streamline operations.
► Work closely with worldwide Process Owners, MA logistics strategy teams, and Key Users to align concepts and strategies, ensuring cohesive implementation and driving continuous improvement.
► Serve as the primary point of contact and interface for Key Users, regional experts, and central IT Departments, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
► Provide comprehensive trainings to users on Supply Chain IT processes and systems, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
You would be a perfect match to our team if you have:
► Bachelors or Masters in related business technology required (Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Supply Chain preferred)
► Experience in project business and leading of projects
► Deep knowledge in outbound logistics processes (ideally also distribution logistics and warehousing)
► Good IT skills & at least 3+ years of experience with SAP (ideally S4 Hana)
► Analytical skills, process orientation
► Personality: target-oriented, strong communication and intercultural skills, high self-motivation
► Approach: thinking analytically, ability to work independently and in teams, thoroughly and accurate, target oriented
► Strong Supply Chain Process and IT (SAP ERP System and WMS) knowledge
► Languages: proficient in English
