The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
About the Team: The AA/LOW (Warehousing and Enabling) is the responsible for warehousing operation and processes in the automotive Aftermarket. The field of activities includes the whole variety from management of logistic service providers, the design of warehouse managements system solutions and holistic process optimization. Data analytics is a key factor in this field to drive the improvement processes.

Job Description
► Standardize and continuously optimize the worldwide Supply Chain IT processes in the area of Logistics Execution (LE)
► Implement WW business requirements of functional departments in different AA and cross GB IT projects
► Implement and roll-out LE processes in our new SAP S4 system and AA WMS systems in the following years
► Analyze existing IT processes and derive solutions for optimization in existing IT landscape
► Align concepts with worldwide Process Owner, AA logistics strategy and Key User
► Main contact person and interface for Key user, experts in the regions and central IT Departments
► Conduct trainings and provide support in case of technical problems
Qualifications
You would be a perfect match to our team if you have:
► Bachelors or Masters in related business technology required (Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Supply Chain preferred)
► Experience in project business and leading of projects
► Deep knowledge in logistics processes (distribution logistics and warehousing)
► Good IT skills (preferable warehouse management systems, SAP (WM, LE)
► Analytical skills, process orientation
► Personality: target-oriented, strong communication and intercultural skills, high self-motivation
► Approach: thinking analytically, ability to work independently and in teams, thoroughly and accurate, target oriented
► Strong Supply Chain Process and IT (SAP ERP System and WMS) knowledge
► Languages: very good English skills
