Telenor Common Operation (TnCO), an internal Technology Service Provider offering IT and Network operation services to Telenor business units (Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro and Bulgaria) is currently looking for candidate for the following position:

IT / Network and OSS System Administration Expert

Location: Belgrade, Serbia OR Törökbálint, Hungary

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Administrate IT/Network applications and Network Management Systems 
• Plan, execute and coordinate preventive and corrective actions 
• Customize features and integrate network applications into current environment 
• Design, implement and test new systems and services 
• Ensure service handover to regular operation - requirements, testing, documentation 
• Coordinate activities within the group and with other parts of the organization on process oriented cross-functional work 
• Support other teams and participate in on-call service 

What we would expect from you:

• University degree in electrical engineering or computer science (BS at least, MS expected) 
• UNIX (Linux) systems administration background, good scripting skills (like shell, perl, python) 
• Good knowledge of SQL, and solid background in administering a widely used RDBMS 
• Experience in Network or Business software operations (OSS or BSS) considered as an advantage 
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
