Responsibilities
- Managing projects through all phases - from planning to execution and delivery
- Coordinating teams and ensuring smooth communication
- Communicating with clients: gathering input, sharing updates, resolving issues
- Facilitate cross-functional ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives
- Identify risks early and drive resolution strategies across teams
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex software environment
- Monitoring project deadlines, budget, and delivery quality
- Spotting and handling risks during execution
- Documenting processes and contributing to the improvement of internal procedures
- Encouraging and supporting team members to achieve project goals
- Serve as a communication bridge between technical and business teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an IT environment
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience managing sprints and backlogs
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex software environment
- Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with technical concepts (e.g. APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, mobile apps)
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
