In this role you will be on the front lines of all our hiring efforts, finding top talent and creating a memorable recruitment experience with a goal to expend our Ubisoft Belgrade team.

Responsibilities:
Job Profiling & Sourcing
Discuss with managers to identify the profile needed by the team
Identify the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media etc.) to fit the profile needed
Selection
Implement the selection process (resumes, interviews, technical testing, references)
Give feedback to hiring managers on the whole processes and candidate profile
Be in charge of improving our recruitment procedures to ensure an impeccable candidate experience and boost our efficiency
Employer branding events
Identify relevant events to participate in & support the organization of events together with Communication Specialist
Build and maintain strong relationship with potential candidates, represent Ubisoft in external events
Qualifications
Must have:
Fluent English
Extensive experience of recruitment in the IT industry
Experience in managing and continuously improving recruitment processes in order to support business objectives
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Strong profile searching & assessment skills, experience in direct search
