About project: New employees will be working all in the IPT team (AA/SKX3) and deal with different modules/processes inside IPT system. IPT system is leading price & condition management system in AA. They should be able to comprehend and communicate effectively with IT developers, internal and external and properly transfer ideas and requests for module upgrades. Therefore, proficiency in designing and architecting software systems is necessary. This includes the ability to create high-level system diagrams, define system components, and understand how they interact with each other.
About team in Serbia: Price and Condition Management: Within AA/SKX3, we are responsible for Price and Condition Management. We continuously enhance the price and condition management process, share best practices across regions and drive standardization, including automation through the Integrated Pricing Tool (IPT). On a global scale we support and enable regions and Business Units to link pricing and costing processes to ensure profitable business decisions and to safeguard AA's pricing and compliance guidelines.

Job Description
► You are part of the global price management team
► You are responsible to evaluate business requirements regarding IT solutions and IT implementation that align with business goals and provide value to the organization.
► You will be working with configuration specification of Price fx software
► You design innovative IT-concepts for price management processes in cooperation with IT development teams by creating high-level system diagrams, defining system components, and understanding how they interact with each other.
► You communicate effectively with developers and properly set and transfer design requests
► You ensure high performance and stable IT implementation of processes
► You develop acceptance/functions test and perform those in coordination with affected stakeholders and key-users
► You are the expert in your area of responsibility and document and perform related trainings
► You focus on future orientated implementation of processes/functions and continuous improvements across the Mobility Aftermarket system landscape
Qualifications
Who you are:
► Bachelor / Master of Science in economic informatics or similar
► High IT affinity, meaning solid understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and frameworks
► Professional job experience in designing and architecting software systems, Database management, experience in SAP SD is benefit
► Ability to work in a team, enthusiastic and capable to inspire and motivate others
► Analytical, structured, self-reliant and result-oriented working attitude
► Business fluent in English, German is an advantage
► Good presentation and communication skills
► Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
► Understanding of Project management methodology
