Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will contribute the efforts to develop, improve and deliver IT Service Management framework for the Power Tools division, i.e. you will help to implement processes, identify optimization opportunities and implement measures to leverage synergies across programs and geographies;
► You will work with the appropriate tools, processes and people to understand, develop and document IT Support of PT Division, you will change current processes to fit the strategic vision, our agile development practices and ensure internal customer satisfaction;
►You will monitor the Support & Service processes, help to provide guidance and insight into process expectations and provide constructive and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement;
►You will act as the Support & Service process specialist, define and execute activities to standardize our ITSM setup and act as a consultant for our IT and business teams;
► You have strong communication skills, analytical thinking within an overarching context, resilience and strong self-management, process-oriented, accountable, proactive, and agile mind-set.
► You have 3 years' experience in the domain of IT Service Management for an organization, experience in building processes and continuous improvement, experience and general understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks implementation (e.g. ITIL);
► You have demonstrated your skills and experience working directly with IT and business users, in different service desk setups, ability to work across multiple application support teams, ability to identify opportunities to design and implement L1 and L2 support activities
► You are experienced in developing concepts and content for self-service ITSM, you have created content for knowledge management solutions and experience in ITSM process analysis and optimization, ability to provide feedback and guidance on continuous improvement;
► You have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience, ITIL Foundation Certificate.
► You speak English fluently; Additional languages are a plus
► Flexible to travel abroad occasionally if needed
