IT SPECIALIST WITH DIGITAL MARKET KNOWLEDGE
Job Description
An established, multi - family office with headquarters in Zurich with a strong focus on international clientele is looking for a highly dynamic individual to fill in the position for a full time IT Specialist with Digital marketing knowledge, based in Beograd office to strengthen our team and share with creativity our vision, our values and our goals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ICT infrastructure in multiple countries
- Write documentation for processes and develop road maps for projects
- Install and upgrade computer components, software, mobile devices and peripheries
- Responsible for the telephony systems, preferably with experience in SIP infrastructure
- First-level-support and training to other team members (local and remotely)
- Evaluation of new hardware and software systems
Required Qualifications / Knowledge
- Experience in digital marketing
- Very good knowledge of ICT infrastructure in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft client landscape (Windows 10 Pro, Office365, Skype, etc.)
- Understanding of Microsoft server landscape (Windows Server 2016/19, SQL 2016/17, IIS)
- Proficient understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, offsite backups etc.)
- Hands-on experience in security technologies such as Firewalls, VPN, etc.
- Management of printers, landline phones, SIP-Trunk, mobile devices, etc. in multiple countries
- Experience in website management (Hosting, DNS, Load Balancing, Backups)
- Experience with web advertising and SEO (Google, Yandex and Baidoo)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in focused teams
- Strong and efficient negotiation skills with technology providers
- Experience in image and video processing will be consider as advantage
- Experience in creating websites (WordPress, i18n, Plugins, etc.) will be consider as advantage
- Experience in virtualization of Windows, UNIX or Linux systems will be consider as advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
