RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advising and assisting users in utilizing DMS solutions in the field of judiciary and related processes;
- User support – identifying and resolving content-related issues, forwarding technical questions to the technical team;
- Testing the functionality of solutions;
- Training users on-site and online;
- Creating documentation such as user manuals, knowledge bases, and business processes;
- Teamwork and collaboration with other teams within the company;
- Presenting functionalities to end-users;
- Participating in the implementation of solutions at the client’s site;
- Resolving issues and client requests through a ticketing tool.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education in technical fields (computer science and information technology) and/or education in law;
- Responsibility and consistency in work;
- High level of communication skills;
- Ability to present and educate;
- Analytical skills and the ability to provide clear information;
- Proficiency in English.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of working with databases and SQL queries;
- Knowledge of Microsoft365 products;
- Experience in a similar role.
