Implementation Engineer - Lead

The individual in this position will act as an account manager on the client service team tasked to deliver software solutions to PBI clients. The individual in this position is also responsible for working closely with the application support team, and product development team to develop dynamic solutions that drive revenue for clients.

You will:

• Lead one or more software implementations by driving analysis, from implementations through Go Live
• Collaborate with product and support teams to triage and work through client issues
• Develop processes for data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis
• Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations
• Manage software product releases and upgrades
• Constantly evaluate process and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement, and drive them through with stakeholders
• Supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to junior colleagues
• Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support the various client and internal initiatives

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; computer science, information technology, math, or related field preferred
• At least 7 years of experience with SQL, database design and optimization; Microsoft SQL Server knowledge preferred
• At least 5 years of in FinTech, financial services or investment technology company with experience in order and execution management systems is a plus
• Experience with any of visualization tools Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL Server Reporting Services is required
• Experience with a version control system (Git), CI / CD pipeline (Octopus, TeamCity), and best practices is preferred
• Experience with debugging C# code and familiarity with unit testing frameworks is preferred
