Implementation Engineer

Full-time, Belgrade

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our Belgrade team of 90+ creative and talented people.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a key person in implementation processes for enterprise integration clients;
• Integration documentation and data verification;
• Integration setup and validation based on use case documentation;
• Integration activation for client accounts;
• Communication and cooperation with our Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Engineering teams;
• Communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Working experience with MySQL, Rest API, SOAP API, SSO;
• Previous development experience in Java/PHP;
• Solid testing and debugging skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Previous experience working on SaaS projects;
• Previous experience on integration projects;
• Previous experience in Customer support;
• Familiarity with agile development methodology.
