PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT business units. In addition we offer service to the PT business units to create synergies.
About the team
In our team we define logistics standard processes for plants and distribution centers, implement them in the organization and into the worldwide ERP landscape of Robert Bosch Power Tools. To strengthen our team we are looking for you as In-house Logistics Project Coordinator in the areas of Transport Packaging and Logistics Quality.
Job Description
► You will take over a role as In-house Logistics Project Coordinator in the areas of Logistics Quality and Transport Packaging in the end-to-end Supply Chain of Power Tools Division (PT)
► You will drive activities to optimize Transport Packaging and improve Logistics Quality in manufacturing plants and distribution warehouses worldwide
► You will support a team to identify and realize potentials for the reduction of CO2 emissions in the end-to end PT Supply Chain (e.g. reduce plastics packaging)
► You will create and distribute the monthly Logistics Quality report and enhance together with other experts the CO2 emission reporting
► You will support the definition and implementation of IT standards with focus on Transport Packaging in our current SAP R3 and future SAP S/4 HANA system also considering legal requirement (e.g. plastic tax EU)
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering), preferable with focus on Supply Chain Management
► Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry
► Knowledge in SAP and experience in IT implementation projects preferable (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
► Ability to analyze, define, implement, document processes and present them towards stakeholders
► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
► Good communication skills, fluent in English, training and moderation skills
► Ready to work in an international environment and travel regularly national and international for several days
