About the team
The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have the logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT Business Units. In addition, we offer service to the PT Business Units to create synergies.
Our worldwide standardized Supply Chain Processes are mapped in a SAP R/3 solution, which is already implemented in Europe and Asia and will be further rolled out worldwide. To strengthen our process teams we are looking for SAP In-house Consultants in the area of Supply Chain Management.
Job Description
► You will support definition, implementation, optimization and documentation of innovative Order-to-Cash processes covering customer order processing, last mile delivery, consignment management and other outbound distribution processes for Power Tools
► Implementation of improvements and new requirements in area of OTC processes with change requests.
► Create a business specification in collaboration with user department and process owners.
► Participate in the customization of the SAP ERP system according to specifications, implementation, testing and solution deployment.
► Responsible for creation and update of standard process documentation
► Acts as expert for the internal and external teams on SAP ERP related issues.
► Training and coaching of user department on how to apply standard processes in order to optimize the business.
► Responsible for reduction of incident tickets in the assigned process area e.g. by implementation of continuous improvements of standard processes.
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree (Traffic engineering, Economics, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Business Administration) with focus on logistics and materials management
► Implementation experience with SAP (SD, MM, WM)
► Substantial experience in design and optimization of OTC and business processes
► Experience in working in international project teams
► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking
► Ability to think analytically
► Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
► Good communication skills
► English (fluent in spoken and written), German preferable
► Advanced MS Office skills mandatory
