What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, document, deliver and monitor our modern Java web application.
- Drive best practice, quality, and consistency in the codebases through code reviews and system design analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve development methodologies and fine-tune our internal processes.
- Proactively support non-engineering teams (Support, Design, Sales) in understanding our software and products.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Java software development, using the full Java application stack.
- Strong skills with Spring.
- Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with Hibernate.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in CET timezone.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Proficiency with Linux or Unix, including writing shell scripts.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud.
- Working knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with distributed architectures.
- Experience with Node.js.

Mali broj dana odmora i vrlo niska plata. Osecaj za development kao da se radi u rudniku. Agresivni "productivity" softver koji te stalno prati i snima. Nemogucnost napredovanja i vrlo kratki rokovi do kojih dolazi visi menadzment i ako se ne uspe da se odradi sve do tad daju se otkazi. Pretnje tuzbom ako neko hoce da ostavi losu recenziju firme. Cini mi se da na ovom sajtu HR ili neko drugi pokusava da spamuje dobre ocene da bi sakrili lose, nijedna kompanija koja koristi "productivity monitoring" ne moze objektivno da ima ocenu preko 1 ili 2. Koga interesuje vise nek slobodno pregleda ranije ocene koje imaju veliki broj glasova.
