We're expanding our QA team in Belgrade and/or Novi Sad and looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals eager to build a career in software quality assurance. The Role

As a Junior QA Engineer, you'll be the guardian of quality for our platform – ensuring that every feature works flawlessly before it reaches our users. This is an entry-level position perfect for those starting their QA career or transitioning into tech. You'll work alongside experienced QA engineers and developers, learning industry best practices while making a real impact on product quality.

What You'll Do

• Execute manual tests on software features based on sprint development cycles
• Design, write, and maintain test cases for different platform features
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear, actionable descriptions
• Participate in user experience (UX) testing to ensure intuitive workflows
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
• Contribute to regression testing before releases
• Track and manage defects using our bug tracking system (Jira)
• Help maintain and improve our testing documentation

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) – you'll be communicating with our Australian team
• Genuine curiosity about how software works and why things break
• Strong attention to detail – you notice when something doesn't look or feel right
• Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and documentation
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Completed software testing course
• Prior experience in software testing at least 1-2 years (internship, personal projects, or professional)
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Monday or similar)
• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification

Selection Process
