This role ensures accurate and reliable planning data across SAP Materials Management, Production Planning, and Warehouse Management modules. The position focuses on maintaining master data integrity, managing release exceptions, validating ODC outputs logically, and driving digitalization initiatives to reduce manual workload. The role supports SAP WMS implementation in collaboration with IT and requires strong analytical capabilities using BI reporting and advanced Excel. Compliance with OEM requirements and daily cross-referencing of SAP data with OEM portals is essential.

Your responsibilities encompass:

• Maintain and govern master data accuracy for materials, production planning parameters, and warehouse processes.
• Support SAP WMS implementation in collaboration with IT; ensure business process readiness and data accuracy.
• Lead digitalization initiatives to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
• Analyze logistics and planning data using BI reporting tools and advanced Excel.
• Logically test ODC outputs to ensure correct SAP data translation; identify and resolve data issues in ODC.
• Investigate cumulative quantity mismatches and other release exceptions; determine if process/data changes are needed.
• Utilize SAP mass maintenance tools for efficient data updates and enable cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with OEM audit requirements, including daily cross-referencing of SAP release data with OEM portals and tracking cumulative quantities over 365-day intervals.
• Develop and implement governance controls and KPIs to sustain data integrity and process reliability.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to LO team members on updated processes and tools.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP Materials Management, Production Planning, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Strong BI reporting and advanced Excel skills for analyzing complex logistics and planning data.
• Experience in managing customer release errors, exceptions and cumulative quantity mismatches along with  ASN failure troubleshooting with in the system 
• Ability to use SAP mass maintenance tools for data updates and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and OEM portals specifically Supply Cain Management and Delivery Rating Details
