This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, providing you with exposure to various aspects of B2B marketing, multiple regional markets and the specifics of the cloud industry. Key Responsibilities (here are some of the key responsibilities, but this list can be modified depending on your unique profile):
- Website Content Management: Upload up to date and accurate content to our websites using CMS platform. Give insights based on analytics, suggest improvements, and make sure it's in line with our marketing strategy.
- Artwork Creation: Image design and editing to support marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Track the activities of the competition and research potential clients.
- Event Organization: Help plan, promote, and run events, as well as Mainstream participation in different conferences, events, and meetups.
- Content Sourcing: Find relevant articles, topical news, and press releases for website content.
- Social Media Management: Posting content, managing engagement, and supporting ad campaigns.
- Sales Support: Creating various materials and presentations that show off our services in the best possible light.
- External Communication: Maintain partnerships with various organizations and find new opportunities for us to work together.
- Data Management: organize and maintain marketing data files.
What our Marketing Assistant will need
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, IT, or similar know-how built up through work experience
- Strong project management, organizational, planning and creative skills
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with image and video editing solutions ( ex. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and similar)
- Willingness to invest time to learn a lot about cloud computing and related technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Not necessary but any of these is a big plus:
- Experience with campaigns and content creation on LinkedIn platform
- Familiarity with extracting meaningful insights using Google Analytics
- Ability to craft compelling and concise written content
