Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Mechatronic and Simulation SysOps Engineer

Join us as a SysOps Engineer in our Mechatronic and Simulation domain, working with a leading enterprise client in the automotive industry. You’ll get opportunities to work with the latest technologies in the IT and automotive industry and create solutions which are connected to both worlds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture development and optimization in the Product Lifecycle Management and Computer Aided Design domain
• Responsible for the Production environment and other environments following GitOps principals.
• In charge of revision and fine tuning of the solution including the main application and integration of the additional services in the POC phase
• Development of infrastructure as a code for a new projects in the pipeline and automation of applications provisioning
• Responsible for Disaster recovery procedures
• Optimization of licenses usage and consumption
• Preparation of Dashboards and ETL process in the backend
• Fine tuning of Cloud services in order to optimize the usage and cost
• Monitoring of Infrastructure and Application servers and setting up the thresholds and alerts
• Responsible for the failover of solutions and continuity of the application availability
• Quickly resolve issues and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall organization in collaboration with stakeholders
• Maintaining detailed documentation of system configuration, procedures and incidents for future references
• Participates in meetings with stakeholders for projects setup and deployment

About you

• At least 3+ years of working experience in SysOps with Cloud providers, preferably in PLM and CAD domain
• Good knowledge of RHEL, Ubuntu (installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of applications)
• Skilled in Windows server administration
• Experience in managing Cloud environments
• Experience with code versioning system (preferably Git)
• Scripting language knowledge (ideally Bash and PowerShell)
• Understanding of PLM and CAD application infrastructure and configuration
• Willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects according to schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

• Experience with CATIA and know solutions for the Designer and Administration point of view.
• Familiarity with version control and distributed replication of data
• Experience with different vendors solutions in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Certification in AWS
