On behalf of our client Proximus, an international telecommunication company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position in Belgrade: Medior Frontend Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high quality responsive web applications using Angular, ensuring a smooth and performant user experience;
• Build applications according to the design and provide designers with feedback on technical complexity and tradeoffs;
• Write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests;
• Work closely with backend developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs ;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features;
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Participate and contribute to the integration testing of the developed features;
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a smooth performance and user experience;
• Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient complex solutions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all code changes and updates;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and suggest new approaches to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• 2-5 years of total professional Frontend Web Development experience;
• 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS/etc., JavaScript, and responsive design;
• 2+ years of experience in web development using Angular;
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and how to use them (experience with GraphQL is a plus);
• Experience with using, building and maintaining a standalone component library is a plus;
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins and Agile/DevOps methodologies;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
