Job Description
► Implementation: You create detailed IT concepts in the area of PIM, MAM, product information syndication as well as for interfaces and you control the technical guidance of development with internal and external service providers. You also have system configuration tasks and are an expert on data models in the PIM / MAM area.
► Cooperation: You are the contact person for the specialists, project managers, external development partners and internal central IT, and you align the requirements.
► Think holistically: You troubleshot malfunctions and identify solutions to fix them, which you implement yourself or route issues to the responsible team members.
► Independent handling: You coordinate and handle issues (errors/changes/extensions/deletion) in relation to PIM/MAM software, data/content and user administration.
► Share knowledge: You ease the start for new and existing users by giving them live system training.
► Collaborate internationally: You work in a global team and to collaborate with a cross-functional international community.
Qualifications
► Personality: Customer and quality oriented, responsible, communicative, team player
► Working method: Quick grasp, analytical, structured, able to work under pressure, solution-oriented
► Languages: Excellent written and spoken English also regarding IT terminology, good knowledge of German desired
► Experience and know-how: Several years (3+) of experience in a supporting function and ticket handling, PIM expertise, data management experience and recognition of technical-logical contexts, structure and analyze data sets, general understanding of IT systems and data modelling (e.g. CSV, xml, JSON)
► Education: Completed vocational training (technician), preferably as management assistant in IT-systems or pronounced technical interest
