Mid-Level Front-End Developer

We are seeking a Mid-Level Front-End Developer to join our on-site team in Belgrade. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building high-quality, responsive web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers and project managers to deliver clean, efficient and maintainable code.

This position is best suited for someone with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating intuitive digital products within a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
• Translate design mockups and Figma prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect components.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication with the back-end.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and web accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and follow Git/GitHub version control best practices.
• Work closely with the QA and design teams to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
• Contribute to internal best practices, reusable components, and code structure improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Solid knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with API integration, component-based architecture, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in using Figma or similar design tools for front-end implementation.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in an on-site environment.
