Mobile Apps Team Lead (iOS)

TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its Mobile Apps department: Mobile Apps Team Lead (iOS)

About the role:

You will be leading the team working on one of the leading financial markets apps with over two million downloads and a 4.6+ star rating. You will also be involved in other mobile apps projects focused on market data analysis, financial news presentation and other financial market-related content. You are expected to develop and build new features as well as maintain the existing code base. For more details, please download our apps.

What are we looking for:

• At least 5 years’ experience in developing market-leading iOS apps with at least 500k downloads
• Experience in team leadership and development parallelization
• Fast learner with interest, drive and motivation to bring our apps into the next level and drive user growth
• Experience with Objective-C and/or Swift programming language
• Excellent understanding of OOP and its main principles
• Experience with threading and performance tuning
• Experience with XML, JSON and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Experience with CocoaPods/Carthage/Swift Package Manager

Optional but highly valued:

• Experience in finance, financial markets and investments
• Experience in Android Development and React Native is a plus
