About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
Job Description
► You’ll coordinate Detective Controls projects, including its automatization
► You’ll perform analysis of current process setup to identify potential for improvement in the DC concept itself, Checker activities, supporting tools (templates, automation and reporting solutions)
► You’ll address needed improvements to the topic owner, DC team members, technical specialist and other related departments in their areas of responsibility
► You’ll communicate with country sales organizations as second level support on the basis of DC Checkers escalation
► You’ll provide ideas and perform status monitoring of technical developments
► You’ll provide support to DC Checkers with non-standard issues
► You’ll provide support to Check-The Checkers during quarterly audits
► You’ll act on identified issues by Check-the Checkers in order to eliminate them
► You’ll perform required activities in Comfort tool for identified issues
► You’ll take a part in the master data management process workflow
► You’ll constantly review documentation to keep it up-to-date
► You’ll do analysis on the basis of DC dashboard and provide overview to Country Business Directors.
► You’ll perform mailing / info-sessions to country sales organizations in case of major changes
► You’ll create & maintain Docupedia with all relevant information about activities.
Qualifications
Who you are:
► You have advanced knowledge of sales processes
► You are an experienced user of SAP (CMD, MMD, orders, deliveries, invoices, pricing structure, statuses, document flow, custom layout, data extracts, technical tables)
► You are an experienced user of Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, signing)
► You have experience with Power BI
► You are familiar with MS Teams
► You are reliable team player with strong communication skills
► You have “Out of the box” mindset and focus on details
► You are fluent in oral and written communication in English
► You have good time management skills
