About the project:

About the team:
PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT business units. In addition we over service to the PT business units to create synergies.

Job Description
► You’ll support definition, implementation, optimization and documentation of innovative Order-to-Cash processes covering customer order processing with checking goods availability and scheduling, price determination based on configured rules and conditions, credit management with partner determination as well as route and Forwarder determination
► You’ll support consignment management
► You’ll support last mile delivery outbound delivery creation with Picking and packing process support
► You’ll support billing with payment process for products and services delivered with pricing and payment terms
► You’ll support return process management return order creation with Return Delivery processing and Goods Receive
► You’ll support identify and initiate processes changes in close collaboration with our global IT organization, including requirements from the users as well as norms, standards and other processes
► You’ll support secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
► You’ll drive digitization and automation in the relevant Order-to-Cash process chains i.e. working with process mining or other analytical tools
► You’ll monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and support implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
► You’ll support train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes e.g. by managing user tests and training
► You’ll support communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
► 2-5 years of work experience in consulting or industry
► Extensive experience in sales and distribution processes (beneficial experience in purchasing)
► Understanding Sales order management with materials and partner determination, scheduling and rescheduling process as well as Delivery processing with Billing and payment process (SAP SD)
► Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes
► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
► Good communication skills, fluent in English, training and moderation skills
► Ready to work in an international environment
