Product Manager (Game Studio)

We’re seeking an energetic Product Manager to work closely with senior team members to contribute towards product discovery, development, and delivery for Pollard’s Digital Games Studio. This role will support gathering and documenting lottery requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. They will report into our Director, Digital Games Studio and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of digital lottery game production, contributing to the success of the Digital Games Studio and Pollard Banknote Limited.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers with user stories and requirements to guide product development
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with engineering, QA, and design to ensure features are developed and meet the requirements
• Collaborate on reviewing games and providing feedback to various team members
• Support AGILE ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team coordination in close collaboration with Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and development teams.
• Help prioritize features and make trade-offs to deliver the best possible product to customers
• Gather and analyze data to support product decisions and measure performance
• Conduct market research and present findings to various stakeholders
• Assist with developing product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate the value of the product and its capabilities
• Assist with maintaining presentations for lottery customers with sales analysis, game recommendations, and other important discussions around product features
• Communicate with lotteries to receive required sign off and approval of various game requirements
• Assist with maintaining games and features roadmap for customers
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 or more years in a technical role working with product requirements
• Post-secondary education in business administration, computer science, engineering, or any other relevant field
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA is a plus
• Knowledge of the casino / lottery industry is a plus
