As a Product Manager you would be coordinating all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success.
The ideal candidate will have a software development background and a proven track record working on SaaS products and a passion for creating user-centric products. Also, a deep understanding of the digital video advertising landscape and strong interest in technology.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the strategic direction for our products, aligning with the company’s overall goals and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation, design, and development to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and other teams to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to ensure our products meet market demands and offer exceptional user experiences.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions about product features, improvements, and future development.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
You Have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or advertising industries.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver products on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level business discussions and technical conversations.
- Proficiency in visual communication, including the creation and delivery of compelling presentations.
- Strong appreciation for user experience and a deep understanding of analytics, user research, and business cases to inform product decisions.
