Project Description
We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) domain within SAP. This role is crucial to our organization's success, involving collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the Product Owner to drive the development of innovative HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership:
- Act as a proxy for the Product Owner, representing their vision, priorities, and objectives within the HCM domain.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand and communicate HCM goals, features, and priorities.
2. Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated HCM Area, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
- Work closely with Area members, including developers, analysts, and QA professionals.
3. Requirement Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes within SAP.
- Translate HCM needs into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including HR teams, business leaders, and end-users, to understand their needs and gather feedback on existing HCM features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and seeking input for continuous improvement.
5. Roadmap Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and HCM priorities.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize HCM features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and user impact.
Skills
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on SAP HCM.
- Strong understanding of Human Capital Management processes and SAP HCM modules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
Nice to have
- SAP HCM certification.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other related HCM systems.
- Knowledge of German labour laws and HR regulations.
- Previous experience working in a Germany-based organization.

I work as a UX/UI designer on internal projects at Luxoft for 1.5 years. The company has been incredibly supportive during my relocation from Russia to Serbia, covering flight expenses for me and my wife, and providing a two-week stay in a hotel until I found a long-term rental apartment. Luxoft also assists extensively with the settling process in Serbia, efficiently handling the work visa, residence permit, and other necessary documents. The company conducts webinars on tax calculations and filling income declarations for the year. Even though I predominantly work remotely, there is an option to work in a comfortable office if I want a change of environment. I enjoy working on the company's products, feeling that I contribute value to my colleagues and the company at all. The team consists of professionals always ready to help. The atmosphere is friendly, and I feel support and understanding from my colleagues. Processes are well-organized based on SCRUM and Agile methodologies. Beyond work, Luxoft cares about employees' rest and entertainment to create a positive atmosphere. The company organizes summer picnics, festive activities (New Year, Halloween, etc.), excursions, and sports events (races, etc.). I am pleased to be part of the company and contribute positively to its development.
