As a part of our team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge automotive systems aimed to increase the safety of passengers and pedestrians alike.
Using state-of-the-art technical equipment such as intelligent cameras you will work on the transformation of acquired data into useful information that would translate into decisions and actions enabling the creation of advanced automotive systems.
You will collaborate with a diverse international team of experts and would be able to see the positive impact of your work on streets around the globe.
IN YOUR DAY TO DAY JOB YOU WILL:
Define tasks, scope, and effort for your subsystem and break down features into work packages
Gather, manage, and prioritize the backlog for the Software team
Coordinate the development team for reaching the targets set by product / project management
Manage changes and issues considering the technical impact as well as the effort behind
Be the external / internal interface for your assigned subsystem and represent the development team in the global organization
Contribute to the process definition and improvement, provide lessons learned
Regular report the status to Project Leader and Line Management on feature delivery against the plan and roadmap
Work with the product manager, project manager, architect and requirements engineer to ensure features are well-defined
Communicate with other development teams
Manage release content and potential scope fluctuations
University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science)
At least 2 years’ experience in embedded SW development
Good knowledge of SW development process (Requirements Engineering, SW Design, SW Development, SW Testing, Configuration and Change Management)
Ability to work effectively in remote, international, and cross-functional teams
Good time management and ability to prioritize and manage pressure
Self-organized and "can do" attitude
Good communication skills in a multicultural environment
Experience in similar role would be considered a plus
Fluent in English
