This is
what you’ll do:

Follow and apply the latest practices in AI app development (LLM prompting, RAG, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, MCP, and A2A protocols...)

Stay updated on industry trends and tools to improve prompt engineering techniques continuously

Experiment with prompt structures to enhance model accuracy and ensure responses align with business objectives

Migrate NLU-based solution (user intent-based chatbot app) to an agentic architecture

Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, data scientists, UX designers, and quality assurance

Understand generative AI, develop conversational AI agents, and design flows that integrate with backend APIs

Document prompt design principles, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines.

What
are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Understanding of conversational AI concepts, NLP/NLU processing, and LLM models
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or training AI models
Experience developing agentic architectures with Cognigy.AI framework or similar conversational AI platforms would be a big asset
Ability to analyze large datasets and conversation logs to improve AI responses
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and API integration
Strong communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
