QA Engineer

Nitka Technologies's developing software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to our exciting DeFi blockchain project. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, engaging tasks, and a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Being involved in every phase of the software development lifecycle (from gathering requirements to monitoring production) to support the team in producing quality solutions
• Create manual and automated test plans
• Write automated tests
• Researching and introducing QA-related tools and standards across the organization
• Driving the right QA mindset across the development team to speed up the development process and increase its quality
• Triage users' bug reports from Discord, Telegram, and email

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Playwright
• Strong English communication skills (Upper Intermediate level and more)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Self-driven with a growth mindset.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Web3/Crypto experience
• Cosmos/L1 familiarity
• Knowledge of Gherkin/Cucumber/BDD

Tech Stack:

TypeScript, React, Jest, Playwright, Firebase, GitHub Actions, Google Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud.

Working conditions:

• Full-time (8 hours/day)
• Interaction with a team from the USA (а few times a week calls're in the evening, around 19:00 - 21:00 GTM+3 (morning on the US West Coast))
