Summary Of Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and performance testing using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across various application modules, identifying and addressing potential performance bottlenecks.
- Creation of Test Scenarios and Regression Testing Plans.
- Establish robust regression testing plans to guarantee the stability of software releases and to minimize the risk of introducing new issues.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the QA automation domain.
- Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Share best practices and knowledge to uplift the skill set of the team.
- Conduct thorough analysis of identified vulnerabilities, working towards their resolution and prevention in future releases.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s level technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Proficient in utilizing Cypress for end-to-end testing and ensuring the reliability of web applications.
- Extensive experience in API testing using Postman, ensuring seamless communication between different components of the software.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and security concepts to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Intermediate scripting/API/automation skills
- Familiarity with containerization
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Team player, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
