We're looking for a skilled React Developer to bring passion and expertise to Plaky at CAKE.com, where the code will directly impact millions of users.

Clockify – The world’s #1 time tracker, trusted by companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon and many more.
Pumble – The all-in-one team communication app.
Plaky – A task management software for simple & visual project planning.
What You'll Do
- Work on currently active Plaky application.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years commercial experience with React.
- Hands-on experience with Typescript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Studying, planning, and implementing scalable architecture for projects.
- Testing and debugging to ensure high code quality.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in CET timezone.
- Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).
Nice-To-Haves
- Hands on experience with wysiwyg text editors (QuillJS or similar).
- Working knowledge of Jotai or similar state management library.
- Experience with d3.js or similar visualisation libraries.
- Familiarity with Storybook.
