About the team
The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have the logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT Business Units. In addition, we offer service to the PT Business Units to create synergies.
Our worldwide standardized Supply Chain Processes are mapped in a SAP R/3 solution, which is already implemented in Europe and Asia and will be further rolled out worldwide. To strengthen our process teams we are looking for SAP In-house Consultants in the area of Supply Chain Management.
Job Description
►You will take over a role as SAP in-house consultant in the area of intralogistics for the Power Tools Division warehouse locations e.g. local and regional distribution centers. This includes all inbound and outbound warehouse related processes from goods receipt, put away, warehouse internal processes through to picking, packing, goods issue and shipping. Focus would be the integration of SAP and non-SAP warehouse management systems such as SAP-WM, SAP-EWM, SAP-IM and custom WM systems.
►You will support IT projects and supply chain process improvement initiatives by defining business requirements, documenting processes and process changes, conducting tests, supporting key user trainings as well as providing user and process documentations.
►You will support SAP rollouts / migrations to S/4 HANA /conversion to EWM/WMS
►You will train and coach user departments & external partners on how to apply standard processes, considering local business requirements in order to optimize the business benefit.
►You will support improvement projects in cooperation with our IT-service providers, user departments and our suppliers
►You will have intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
►Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
►Minimum 3 years of work experience in SAP consulting or industry
►SAP knowledge in (intra-) logistics (LE/WM), in addition experience with interfacing with tools such as iDocs, RFC and S/4HANA & EWM knowledge as an advantage
►Experience in SAP implementation projects related with all inbound and outbound warehouse processes
►Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes and present them towards stakeholders
►Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment, willingness for travels
►Good communication skills, fluent in English
