Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for smartocto’s outbound sales efforts, while supported by a sales team that consists of senior sales specialists and SDRs
- Grow company sales funnel by actively communicating and engaging with prospects in order to create new leads and sales opportunities
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects using effective written and verbal communication across email, phone, and social networking channels
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activities to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Present the smartocto product and services in a clear and effective manner
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and all activities in the pipeline
Your profile
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with proficiency in an additional non-native language preferred.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve sales goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong assertiveness, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Sharp problem-solving skills, combined with a genuine eagerness to expand knowledge.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, showcasing flexibility
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- A minimum of three years of relevant customer service experience, particularly in the SaaS sector, is desirable.
