Scrum EDU Program

You will:

• Be involved in our 3 months capacitation program for Scrum Masters
• Gain exact knowledge about scrum and the skill set related to the Scrum Master role
• Get certified (if not already) for scrum by one of the top (and most demanding) licensing organizations in the industry
• Acquire hands-on experience by interacting with real teams and working on a live project

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn, and proven results that you have acquired new comprehensive knowledge in the past
• Openness to embrace a new mindset and high sense of ownership
• High social competence and empathy
• Previous working experience involving realization of projects in IT/software field is a big plus
• Degree in Computer science, Project management, Psychology or similar, is an asset
• Tech-savvy interests and skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Communication skills, ability to listen and pro-actively thinking and acting
