SCRUM MASTER (SM)

Location: Novi Sad
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Act as a leader to software development team
- Oversee design, implementation, QA and act as a support to teams involved in these processes
- Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing
- Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method
- Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and product owners
- Document progress and current projects status
What do we expect?
We believe that a candidate for this position should have:
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science
- Theoretical knowledge of other Agile approaches is desirable
- Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills in English
