Scrum Master
We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our Agile Community. This person will guide teams working on cutting-edge technology projects within the field of autonomous driving vehicles.
Your Tasks
- Spread the understanding of Agile values and supporting team to apply the Scrum framework in daily work
- Track and maintain team performance metrics and use empirical data to direct further improvements
- Guide and support Product Owner to sustain Product Backlog
- Facilitate and moderate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
- Practice agility within Scaled Agile Framework
- Encourage communication and cooperation among the teams and stakeholders in scaled organization
- Take part in initiatives that drive Agile adoption across the organization.
- Embrace agile style and attending SCRUM meeting (standup, planning, review, retrospective and backlog refinement)
- Create transparency on the status and performance of the CI/CD implementation
- Provide data for all working outputs of the team
- Challenge the necessity of tools developed in house vs. market standard tools
- Follow the CI/CD Continuous improvement and evaluation
- Support users and projects concerning CI/CD issues
- Proactively suggest and moderate improvements
Your Profile
- University degree in the field of information technology or management
- Agile mindset
- Experience in coaching Scrum teams (2+ years)
- Strong orientation towards team enablement
- Proven ability to coach and develop others
- Knowledge of agile frameworks and practices in the field of software engineering (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Scrum@Scale, etc.)
- Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (SA, SSM, SASM, RTE) are a plus
- Experience in MS Office and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
