Senior .NET Developer

We are an experienced software development company specializing in business process automation, with a focus on the Print industry. Our software provides solutions for Print Management Information Systems (Print MIS), Web-To-Print Industry (W2P), Marketing Resource Management (MRM), and Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA).

Dynamicsoft was founded in 2008 and is Headquartered in Avellino (Italy), with an office in Milan and a regional office in Niš (Serbia), we are working with over 300 clients across Europe and, as we are expanding our market, we are looking for new developers to join our team.

What will you do?

The role will be responsible for the expansion of the existing platform as well as for the development of new backend services.
This position is strongly backend development-oriented. This includes solution design, agile development, testing, implementation, and production support.

• Participate in the development process: design, development, testing, and deployment
• Choose the best technology for the situation in coordination with the manager and principal engineer
• Participate in design and code reviews to help increase the quality of our products
• Interact with business units effectively regarding requirements and specifications
• Onboarding and mentoring less experienced colleagues

What we expect from you:

• Work experience of at least 7 years in relevant positions
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Strong knowledge of .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET Web FORM, ASP.NET CORE, and ASP.NET MVC
• Strong knowledge of API development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of SQL, and performance tuning of relational databases
• Work with minimal supervision on well-defined, specific tasks
• Self-learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• The ability to work with offshore teams from different cultures and backgrounds
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
