Responsibilities:
- Design, execute and monitor CRM Campaigns with a focus on SME segment
- Lead leakage reduction on digital and traditional channels
- Support in conduction of various business analysis
- Usage of various statistical technics to support CRM campaigns
- Customer insight/analytics to increase sales and product penetration per customer
- Define and monitor CRM KPIs
- Build a report and present various CRM reports
- Perform routine analysis tasks to support day-to-day CRM business functioning
Requirements:
- 3+ years in banking industry
- SME Business knowledge
- Faculty degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with one of programming tools (SAS, SQL) is considered as a plus
