This is a work from home and remote position in Serbia.
This is a position for an experienced HR Recruiter, with extensive experience and contacts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- HR Recruiting in the IT Industry and understanding of different types of Job roles, positions, and technologies
- Experience using LinkedIn for head hunting purposes for IT candidates
- Someone with a large collection of contacts in Linked In from the IT industry
- Experience interviewing candidates in the IT industry for both technical and soft skills
- Experience and understanding of common job boards like INFOSTUD, HR LAB, HelloWorld, AltTab, as well as best practices of utilizing those job boards and platforms
- Experience with cold calling of Candidates and overall Salesmanship for open positions via email/Linked In, and phone.
- Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills.
