Why we need you:

Be part of a dynamic and motivated team of infrastructure engineers, that design and manage operation, performance, and availability of Hentsū internal systems and client networks
Design, plan and implement networking infra for new clients
Strive to automate the management of Hentsū networks
Manage complex network infrastructures globally, including vendor escalation
Proactively look for opportunities to improve current monitoring and achieve zero support goal

You have:

Knowledge and hands-on experience of wired & wireless LANs, WAN, firewalls, VPNs (GRE, IPSec/SSL VPNs)
Understanding of OSI layers
Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco or similar
Experience with layer 2 protocols (LACP, MLAG, Spanning Tree) and routing protocols such as BGP or OSPF
Experience working in a network operations centre (NOC) and supporting a production wide-area network
Experience with monitoring systems and tooling (syslog, SNMP/MIBs, Netflow/jFlow/sFlow)
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE
Scripting skills such as Python
Automation tool such as Ansible
Experience with any of the major 3 public cloud providers: AWS, Azure
