Senior Project Manager

We are hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team on-site in Kragujevac.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with development teams to monitor progress, ensure alignment with goals, and meet deadlines. You will analyze challenges, propose solutions, and facilitate team discussions.

Working in an agile environment (Kanban), you’ll actively contribute to the development of our in-house product. A key part of your role will be to gather, structure, and write technical and functional specifications for new features, while ensuring clarity across all stakeholders.

Professional Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects from start to finish
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or team management (IT or non-IT sectors)
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and write structured requirements (functional & non-functional)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Assertive personality with good conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools is a plus
