We are searching for

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

in Belgrade, Serbia

You will work on international projects for implementation and maintenance of the core banking solution and integration platform. You will be responsible for technical analysis, test automation, and improvement of test automation framework.

• Experience with functional, integration, performance and automated regression testing of web applications and web services (API).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with VBScript.
• Knowledge of SQL and understanding of the logical database structure organization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Basic ITIL, BPM, PM skills and concept understanding
• At least 5 years working on the positions requiring listed skills, preferably in the complex systems and large organizations
• Experience in management of internal and external test teams

• Advanced in English, written and spoken
• Team oriented and well self-organized
• Independent and proactive
• Motivated and flexible
• Familiar with some of these technologies and platforms - FlexCube, PL/SQL, ALM, UFT, MS Office, VBScript; experience with other testing tools and technologies is also welcome

• Perform technical analysis and prepare test plan
• Prepare and execute automatic test cases
• Implement project test strategy
• Monitor testing progress and escalate as necessary
• Monitor and consider various influences on the quality of application solutions and initiates necessary actions to minimize negative impacts and improve quality
• Prepare test documentation and reports
• Manage testing activities and test teams
