Your Opportunity:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic addition to our international team in Serbia - a driven, ambitious, enthusiastic and well organised Senior Sales Specialist. If you have a talent for navigating negotiations and closing lucrative deals, building enduring client connections, and surpassing sales goals through strategic moves, then this opportunity is yours to seize. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through a combination of inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Exceeding sales targets, sustaining revenue growth, and providing recommendations to amplify account growth and revenue potential
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Crafting and executing strategic account plans, delivering status reports, forecasting sales and revenue, and surpassing quotas
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
  • Taking accountability and being instrumental in increasing high-profile contracts
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure clients extract maximum value from their licenses
  • Collaborating with the marketing department on sales-related campaigns and events
  • Effectively managing the sales life cycle for all accounts

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in International selling of SaaS licenses, with a focus on working with large, high-profile accounts
  • Demonstrates a "hunter" mentality and possesses exceptional abilities in closing sales
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in consultative and insight-based selling
  • Experience in articulating complex solutions to decision-makers and executives
  • An advanced understanding of software and technology and passion for learning and continued education
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and effectively manage account
  • Proficient in analyzing data, trends, and the market to develop compelling selling points

Other

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Background in editorial or journalism is preferred
