About projects and team: We are searching for several Test Manager roles to support us in different projects, from Product Data, IoT and eCommerce. Teams are multicultural and across different locations. You will have a chance to shape test management and to impact directly on test strategy and software delivery. One of the projects deals with Digital Content systems and how we serve our internal and external applications with product content.
About team in Serbia: We are part of the Bosch Digital division. On our location in Serbia we are constantly growing and supporting Bosch in AIoT development and digital transformation. Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will be planning all testing activities
► You will do Analysis and design test cases
► You will take care for realization and execution of test cases together with huge distributed project team
► You will be designing and executing system, regression and end to end acceptance tests
► You will take care about coordination and tracking test progress continually during project life cycle
► You will do Intensive communication with project managers on the project and proxy when needed
► You will do coordination of testers on the project (manual and automation)
► You will ensure that test management standards are implemented and that there is constant work on improvements
► You will be contributing to the coordination of design, solution architecture, implementation and release activities during the complete duration of the project
► You will suggest and implement improvements of current testing processes
► You will be working with other teams (internal) to ensure the highest possible quality of service and delivery
Qualifications
Who you are?
► You have 3+ years of experience in test management
► You have experience with continuous integration/delivery workflows
► You have API Testing experience
► You are familiar and comfortable with load and performance testing
► You have a wish to learn about BDD tools and environment
► If you have formal testing qualification such as ISTQB / ISEB CTFL it is bonus for us
► Excellent and proficient usage of English language is a must
► You love working within Agile (Scrum) organization
► You are strong expert and have good knowledge of JIRA or any other Agile tools
► You love to work in multicultural environment
