We are looking for Senior Support Engineers fluent in English to leverage our Backup product growing user numbers. Our teams are focused on customer satisfaction, 24/7, all over the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of new cases and escalations via email/skype and provide support to HYCU customers
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensuring that each support request owned by you is handled to the highest possible customer satisfaction
- Prioritization of work to accomplish the most important and urgent requests
- Proactive approach to customer happiness
Requirements:
- System Administration experience (Windows or Linux) is required
- Basic networking and familiarity with networking concepts
- Backup & Storage domain experience is highly regarded
- Experience with virtualization is highly regarded
- Microsoft SQL, Exchange, Active Directory and/or Oracle knowledge is highly regarded
- Fluency in English
- Customer orientation: a genuine desire to help under challenging circumstances
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Computer science
