YOUR TASKS
- Second-Level Support: Be the go-to expert, providing second-level technical support for our online and social casino platform. Collaborate closely with our dedicated teams to troubleshoot and resolve various issues and incidents swiftly and effectively.
- Configuration and Maintenance: Demonstrate your technical prowess by performing configuration changes and ensuring the smooth operation of our complex systems. You'll contribute to maintaining our platform's stability and optimizing its performance.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between teams, supporting developers, casino managers, and customer support personnel in resolving technical challenges. Communicate effectively with external partners to address issues promptly and enhance collaboration.
- Procedures and Knowledge Base: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and knowledge base. Maintain up-to-date documentation, sharing insights and best practices with the team to foster an environment of learning and growth.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: You have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical support role, ideally within a complex system environment such as micro-services. You're familiar with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Your strong analytical skills enable you to dissect and comprehend complex problems. Attention to detail is second nature to you, ensuring meticulous execution and effective solutions.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: With a reliable and proactive approach, you thrive in finding creative solutions to challenges. Even in high-pressure situations, you remain calm, prioritize tasks, and make quick decisions to maintain business continuity.
- Database and Querying: You possess experience with databases, specifically MSSQL, and are proficient in writing queries and inspecting stored procedures. Your ability to navigate and optimize database performance is an asset.
- API and Message Brokers: Familiarity with API technologies and message brokers, such as ActiveMQ, allows you to troubleshoot integration-related issues effectively.
- Service Management Tools: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools equips you with the ability to manage incidents, track progress, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support process.
- Customer-Oriented Communicator: With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and convey technical concepts concisely sets you apart.
- Fluent in English: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to collaborate effectively with our diverse, international team.
