About project and team: We are searching for new team member in our global business solution team which together with us will have opportunity to consult and develop B2C eCommerce landscape for our Power tools division. You will be part of big and experienced team, and you will be front face to our internal customers. You will be part of the B2C Digital Platform development team, and together with IT development lead, IT operations lead and our other delivery managers (internal name of this role is IT solution manager) you will work on B2C ecosystem that will support Power Tools online business.
About team in Serbia: We are a part of Global Corporate IT Delivery division. On our location in Serbia we are constantly growing and supporting Bosch in AIoT development and digital transformation. Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will be responsible for technical consulting and delivering IT solutions for the B2C eCommerce solutions of Robert Bosch Power Tools.
► You will be accountable for the whole lifecycle (plan, build, deploy, run, phase out) of your IT solutions. You will achieve this by closely integrating your customer and your dedicated team, from end-to-end.
► You will manage customer requirements and you proactively consult the business team in optimizing the solution (technically, commercially) and in regard to standardization.
► You will integrate IT products and services which benefit the solutions in the customer’s system landscape. You will align closely with product and service owners.
► You will analyze and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets for solutions and affiliated products and services, customer satisfaction and benchmarking).
► You will be accountable for all commercial aspects of the IT solution (e.g. planned vs. actual budget, charging for project activities, alignment with stakeholders).
► You will determine the resource demands for the IT solution activities and you take care of resource contracting.

Qualifications
Who you are?
►You have several years of experience in implementing Business to Consumer E-Commerce business processes and applications.
► You have strong leadership skills, ability to lead and to motivate cross functional projects teams
► You have experience with IT project management and software development projects
► You have good End-to-end E-Commerce process knowledge (from web shop to fulfillment)
► You are structured, self-initiated, responsible, goal-oriented, independent.
