We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering highest quality technical assistance in a secure environment.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Installing of spy software in mobile phones and computers (in the office space) and communication with vendor technical support for spy software, software and hardware for forensics.
- Phone forensics - Recovering deleted data from mobile phones and communicate with vendor technical support.
- Providing exceptional technical support to clients via chat, web and live direct communication in the office space and troubleshooting issues related to devices and software, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills to understand client needs and deliver clear, concise solutions.
- Learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, and implementing these insights into our support practices.
- Taking ownership of your tasks and commitments.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and ideas to enhance the overall support quality.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Two years of prior experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong technical capabilities to effectively troubleshoot a wide range of devices and software.
- The ability to recognize and address customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
- A passion for learning and curiosity about technological innovations, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.
- Awareness of the sensitivity of information and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for clients.
