Project description

We are developing a secure, inclusive and flexible online therapy platform for a UK company. It was built to provide improved access to mental health professionals, through an affordable, simple-to-use video conferencing platform that takes the hassle out of organizing a practice with marketing, bookings, reminders, billing and collections taken care of. A hand-picked team of counselors and psychiatrists offer their services to both the general public and to institutional clients ranging from Universities to businesses (such as AXA, the second largest insurance company in the UK) to public sector bodies (such as the NHS, National Health Service).

Testing complex applications with a keen eye for detail and precision
Identifying bugs and ensuring top-notch quality in every software release

What we look for

1 year of experience with manual testing
University degree in computer science (or relevant experience)
Familiarity with at least one programming language.
Experience with TestRail or similar test case management tools.
Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
Understanding of relational databases.
Understanding of REST APIs.
Knowledge of non-functional testing tools is a plus.
Knowledge of UI test frameworks is a plus.
Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies is a plus.
Skill in analyzing and troubleshooting software issues identified during testing.
Readiness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A few examples of your responsibilities

Follow established QA processes.
Execute manual test cases and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues detected during testing, providing detailed information to the development team.
Conduct functional and regression testing to ensure software quality
Utilize test management tools (e.g., TestRail) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) for test case management and defect reporting.
Support the implementation and execution of automated test scripts under the guidance of senior test engineers.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
